Last week one of our students, Mellanie Sutton, won Trainee of the Year 2022 for the Hunter and Central Coast region! She will now be moving on to the NSW Training Awards being held in September.

Mellanie has been undertaking a Certificate IV in Local Government - Health and Environment, and won this award for her diligence in work and study, her passion for vocational education and training, and her strong belief that VET is just as valid a career pathway as a university degree.
