“Brushes Over Bullets”:
Creativity and freedom of expression is immutable. Even when the world is at war, art finds a way to shine through.

Antiwar activist and painter George Gittoes shares his thoughts on the world as seen through the eyes of an artist that has traveled to many of the world’s war zones. His experience in war torn countries has not only inspired him to create masterful works of arts, but has also showed him that beauty and authenticity can be found in the human spirit, even in the worst conditions in the world.
