If you can't afford to automate or outsource do the not urgent tasks in small steps of 15 minute increments & eventually it will be completed through compounding time.

Remember, focusing on the wrong clients can drain your resources, hinder growth & impact your overall business success. When a client expects too much or is hard to work with, it's not worth any amount of money for the stress they cause & you usually can tell from the beginning they are not worth your time & effort spent.
