The beautiful practice of meditation is the answer to slowing down and tuning in.... It is time for yourself to just be, with no judgements, no where to run to, just a beautiful few minutes for just YOU....

Adding a meditation practice into your daily routine can be used for so many things such as:

“We think in secret, and it comes to pass, environment is but our looking glass.”

A powerful statement that if you investigate could shed light on why you are stuck where you are.

You simply cannot solve your problems with the same thinking that got you them...

Work from the inside out, not the outside in! Pay attention to your internal dialogue, what kind of things are you thinking throughout the day? Does it explain the results you are achieving in your life?

Imagine for a second that you were constantly comfortable and content with where you are in your life. Would you be forced to grow? Most likely not…

[09/27/17]   Everything currently exists as a potential. If you can hold something in your mind, then it exists as a potential to manifest in your material world.

Unfortunately we cannot just simply want something, and expect it to flow into our lives. We must BE the person that has what we are going after.

You must have rituals to support your vision.

Grab a pen and paper and answer these three questions:

What opportunities are out there waiting for you to meet them?

Who are you being in this moment?.... and every other moment?

Is your being that way going to attract what you desire?

If the answer is NO, then it's time to BE what you want to attract. Change something thats's going to help you feel like what you want is at your fingertips.

If the answer is YES, then go you! Your desire will come.
