When you are prospecting, keep in mind that a person who is a part of a particular market, it generally means that they have attempted to get that result before, or know they need that result in order to move forward.

If they have tried and failed, they are generally frustrated and haven't yet got the outcome they want.

.

There are many people searching online for the outcome that you help people with, and your goal is to position your offer in front of them.

.

Your prospect will already have a current belief about what needs to occur in order for them to get that outcome and it's your job to insert yourself within that thought process.

When mapping out your transformational offer, ask yourself the following questions:

1) How can I package what I offer into a program that gives better results and keeps clients staying with me for more than one session at a time?

It's always best to be clear from the get-go so your prospects know exactly what they are going to get and what outcome they can expect after finishing working with you.

.

What is the specific problem you are solving for your clients?

.

What process/framework/method or system do you provide that enables them to solve that problem?

.

Also consider separating out the benefits from the features.

.

BENEFITS: Things like accountability, more free time, less overwhelm, improved relationships or increased profits etc

FEATURES: 2 x 1 hour coaching calls every week for 12 weeks etc

.

When speaking with your prospects, always talk about VALUE first and emphasise the benefits rather than the features.

I can't take credit for everything I say, but I did hear this from someone else and had it written on a post-it note on my desk for months. This is a great reminder and totally true.

Even myself when sending out quotes and estimations I hesitate and question myself if the price is too much or have internal dialogue that the prospect won't pay etc

Most of the time is it totally in my head and I often get an instant 'YES' and even surprise myself or wish I had charged more!

Pricing is definitely a head game!!
