The next Mindfulness For Life (6 week) group Program that I will be running on a Saturday morning in East Malvern commences Saturday August 11th from 10 - 11.30 am continuing weekly for 5 weeks on August 18th, 25th, September 1st, 8th and 15th, 2018. Each week we explore a different topic including: how the mind creates stress, mindfulness of thoughts, self care, cultivating positive emotions and applying mindfulness to enhance relationships and wellbeing. We are a group of psychologists who offer mindfulness meditation programs and individual counselling. FEBRUARY 2014 course
The 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre and taught around the world for the past 30 years , has been extensively researched & has been shown to help manage stress, develop greater body awareness, better manage difficult thoughts and feelings and to enhance concentration, relationships and wellbeing.

I have noticed in my counselling work with clients as well as from the mindfulness groups I run, that many of us struggle to be at ease , at home in our own minds and that we are often our own fiercest critics saying things to ourselves that we would never say to another person.
