The 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre and taught around the world for the past 30 years , has been extensively researched & has been shown to help manage stress, develop greater body awareness, better manage difficult thoughts and feelings and to enhance concentration, relationships and wellbeing.
