Welcome to our new little chickens. We were able to get a sneaky picture of them today while mum was down having a drink.

Whispering Gully Will be closed on Thursday the 26th of January.

Don't underestimate the power of a tea party. Big decisions are made around a beautifully brewed cuppa, laughs are had by all and some lovely stories are shared. Play is the conerstone for children's learning on how the wider world works (and how important tea is!). NQS3.2.1,5.2.1

The Golden Wattles experimented with colour. Mixing primary colours to make secondary colours, but sometimes it was just fun to squeeze! NQS1.2.3

Imaginative Play supports early litereacy skills through story telling, creative thinking and socialisation. Plus it opens a window into a land of magic and wonder. NQS 1.1.2, 1.1.3

Room changes 2023. Some beautiful spaces ready for PLAY!

Science knowledge building through hula hoop play. Momentum and force. Gravity eventually comes into it too. Playing and learning without even being taught!

A delicious and nutritious lunch prepared by our wonderful chef, Nathan. This is a lovely time for conversation, socialisation and trying new foods. NQS 2.1.3 Healthy Lifestyle

Golden Wattles have been exploring life cycles. Miss Sam got a chrysallis. We cared for it and sprayed it with water. Then out came a beautiful butterfly! We released it out into the garden. A fabulous, real life, learning experience.
