The Bottlebrush Babies FDS is delighted to announce we are searching for an experienced educator to join this home based care. If this seems like the place for you to flourish and follow your early childhood passion then email through your resume to [email protected] We will be taking on applications over the next month (closing at the end of April). During May potential educators will be invited to a meet and greet interview process at our setting. This position is for roughly 3 days a week if you are wanting to complete documentation, programming/planning etc in the comfort of your own home one day a week then 2 days may be possible. There is also room for a new child/ enrolment once you take over perhaps if you have a little one, however this and income will be all be discussed personally to see what ratios best supports you and your family. This setting is fully established where you will take on care for our current children and families. A small day fee will be charged as all start up resources, power, water, iPad for signing in/out etc are included in this setting. All monies will be paid directly from the Scheme office and families to you. Once chosen the educator will need to complete an interview with the scheme office as well as an initial two days of training at $270ish before beginning in September. This will ensure you are familiar and signed up with a suitable scheme, It covers regulations, access to policies/ procedures etc and is a requirement for Family Day Care educators. It will also leave you with the qualifications to operate family day care businesses (either as a relief educator or your own). Current requirements of working with children checks, first aid, CPR asthma and anaphylaxis certificates etc are crucial and only applicants with all relevant qualifications will be accepted. An abn will also be a requirement however this is a very small and easy step in the journey ahead. This position is for September as I focus on raising the newest addition to my family, so while I will not be officially working alongside you I will be walking with you, preparing you for a smooth and successful transition into The Bottlebrush family ✨

We are searching for a few more 3-5 year-olds to join The Bottlebrush learning environment part-time. Vacancies are available on a Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
