As part of their learning on health and well-being, our Grade 7 students explored the difference between healthy and unhealthy lifestyle choices.
To conclude the unit, they shared their learning through presentations and celebrated with a Healthy Food Fair Day, where each student contributed a nutritious item to create a vibrant table of healthy foods for all to enjoy.
This experience reflects the OIS philosophy by encouraging students to become knowledgeable and reflective learners who understand the importance of making informed choices that support their well-being.

Our approach to academic excellence is grounded in what research shows: students achieve more when they feel safe, known, and supported. We design our classrooms around these conditions—because how students learn matters as much as what they learn.
